Beliefs have a significant impact on our lives. Any belief, regardless of how true it is, guides our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors on a daily basis. Thus, I like to help my clients to dis-identify from aspects of themselves which have the potential to limit them.
I take a holistic approach — coaching the whole person — through using the Transpersonal Coaching Model.
As a yoga teacher, I include conscious breathing techniques for clients to access a relaxed and resourceful state.
The sessions are held in Open Awareness to help clients access their own inner resources and higher states of consciousness.
We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them
Open Awareness (OA) can be described as the flow of pure experience interconnected with the rest of reality.
OA is a mindful mode of perception accompanied by a calm and receptive state.
OA cultivates metacognitive introspective awareness – in which the mind can observe its own state and activities – an awareness of the mind itself.
OA enhances extrospective awareness – sensory perceptions and somatic experience.
OA reframes one’s current experience of self, placing phenomena within one’s awareness, as opposed to these being experienced separate from oneself. This reduces distress, enhances intuition and promotes a sense of interconnection.

One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth.
Growth must be chosen again and again.
Fear must be overcome again and again.
